When visiting a student's 'Assessment Overview', you may occasionally notice a small question mark in a column for a student. These will appear in term 2 or 4 if no data has been recorded for that subject. You can add data by updating the student's goals. If, however you think that the data should be present - click on the question mark.
What does this do?
This reruns the 'Best Fit' process for the student to calculate the level they are working at based on the goals set at the time.
What if no data is found.
If you receive the 'No data found' message, then there is not enough data for the system to calculate the best fit. This usually means that there are no current goals for the student at that time period. You can use the 'edit this data' link to manually add data.
Why would the data be missing?
Occasionally school leaders make changes to their school's Levels/expectations overview page and therefore the goals- best fit process did not run at the time goals were set.
