The progressions based reporting features automate the process of setting curriculum levels. Sometimes the 'best-fit' generated by these goals does not match what the teacher would like to record. To allow for this, you can edit any curriculum level by following this process:
On a student's home page scroll down to the 'Progress Chart' button and click this.
The chart will appear and you will see a button labeled 'Edit this data'. Click on this. (the edit button can also be found under the Assessment Overview under a students profile.
A new page will load with the chart, the associated milestones (points in time where an expectation is set) and a 'slider' for each curriculum level data point.
Drag the appropriate slider to the correct curriculum level. You will see that the milestones and the chart will both update with the new levels.
Trashcan icons can be clicked to delete any data that needs to be removed.
