Depending on how often your school has decided to publish posts you may sometimes need to publish multiple posts at the same time.
Only administrator accounts can publish en masse.
Begin with the admin toolbox icon.
Select Menu and 'Publish Posts' from the list.
This page will give you options filter the posts by year and author. Initially you will see a list of all the types of post available to your school followed by a number for published and draft. Use the filter buttons to see the post counts for a particular staff member or a particular year (or both).
When filtering by author you will see some useful pie charts that show you how many posts of each type the author has made. This is useful to in checking that all curriculum areas have been covered.
Once you have the list that you require you can now choose to turn posts from draft to published and visa versa.
Although it is very easy to switch between published and draft be aware that once a post is published the parents will be able to read it until it is converted back to a draft.
Certain types of post can never be seen by parents even when published. The type of posts to which this applies is determined by the school.
