As part of our Student Management feature, you can store all sorts of data in LINC-ED. Some of this information is required by the Ministry of Education for the Roll Returns process.
To add or update a student's information follow the steps below.
Select the Menu button and choose Information from the list.
You will be presented with a page of information to amend. Use the headings along the top to skip to different types of information.
Once you have changed a piece of information you will be presented with a 'Save' button to click. After clicking this you will receive a success message.
The success message will offer to update the information for any siblings if applicable.
In some cases information can only be changed if a reason for making the change is given. You will be prompted to add a reason.
