When a Community Post or Financial Statement is emailed from LINC-ED to a parent's email address a Green Box is displayed at the bottom of the email which provides the parent with a link to log into their child's digital record.
If you are using the Community Post or Financial Statement emailing facilities but are not yet ready to go live to parents for viewing this box can be removed.
1) Click on the Admin Tools icon.
2) Click on Menu.
3) Click on School Options.
4) Scroll down to the field called Include magic link in emails.
5) Click the slider to No.
