You can see which email addresses have received your messages, and in most cases whether the message has been opened.
See tracking for a specific message
Go to the message (click Home> Community notices> locate the message you need to track).
You will see how many emails have been sent. Click Track this.
On the tracking page you will see when the email was sent, who it was sent to, who sent it and when it was first read. Every email address that received the email will be listed here. This information is available for 29 days after the sent date.
If an email was unable to be delivered a red exclamation mark will show.
See tracking for a specific student
Navigate to the student's home page. Click Email Tracking for the email address that you are interested in (each parent account address will be listed).
You will see every email that has been received by this address in the past 29 days, who sent it, and when it was first read.
